HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance is a great way to detect any problems with your hot tub, preventing more serious damage and avoiding bigger repairs.

So the last thing you want to be worrying about is whether it is safe to use, or that it fails to work. Remove the uncertainty and get peace of mind that your hot tub will be ready and safe to use when you want to.
We have four different service packages listed in our types of services below to help you decide which is the right one for you.
Keeping your hot tub functioning at its best will require regular maintenance and servicing. There are many ways in which the complex arrangement of pipework, glued joints, and electrical and mechanical parts may develop faults.
In the same way you wouldn't drive your car without having it serviced annually, we recommend your hot tub have at least a major service once a year
When we do this we will chemically flush the system as a biofilm builds up over time in you pipe work,
A major service will keep your hot tub in tip top condition
We carry most of the parts to repair most common problems. If we do have to order any additional parts then we can usually get them within 48hrs.
SERVICE OPTIONS
STARTUP from £225 + vat
A summer startup visit consists of the following
Filters sprayed with cleaner & rinsed
Hot tub shell cleaned & wiped dry before refill of fresh water
Prime pumps & check pipework for leaks
Full check of Hot Tub cycles
Hot tub temperature set to customers preference
Water balance using customers chemicals
Clean, UV protect & re-fit hot tub cover
MINOR SERVICE from £225 + vat
A minor service is best to be carried out quarterly
Filters sprayed with cleaner & rinsed
Full drain down & clean of system before fresh water is added
pipework checked before refill
Refill hot tub with fresh water & re-fit filters
Prime pumps & re-commission
Balance water using customers chemicals
CLOSE-DOWN from £200 + vat
A hot tub hibernation visit consists of the following
Biofilm remover added to water and pipework flushed
Health check of pumps, pipework & heater
Full drain down & clean of shell
FIlters sprayed with cleaner & rinsed
Loosen unions & drain plugs to drain system of water to avoid frost damage
Clean shell & external surfaces, UV protect & re-fit hot tub cover
MAJOR SERVICE from £300 + vat
We recommend a major service is carried out annually
Full maintenance and performance check
Biofilm added to water
Filters put to soak in cleaning solution
Every jet checked
Full drain down & clean of system before fresh water is added
Check heater is clear and replace seals
Inspect all pipework and replace any damaged seals
Refill hot tub with fresh water & re-fit filters
Prime pumps & re-commission
Balance water using customers chemicals
Clean, UV protect & re-fit hot tub cover
